1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner (Printify).

  • Processing time is typically 2–7 business days before shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.

  • We currently do not offer free shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–8 business days after fulfillment.

  • International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs.

Please note: these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Paper Markings is not responsible for delays or costs due to customs.

5. Delays & Disruptions

  • Shipping times may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or global events.

  • COVID-19 and other global supply chain disruptions may result in longer delivery times.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

  • We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
