3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, unauthorized use, or errors are suspected.

  • All sales are final. Cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed because production begins immediately.

4. Shipping

  • We ship both within the United States and internationally.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and production schedule. Estimated times are provided at checkout.

  • For international customers, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (including COVID-19 or global shipping disruptions).
